TENANT PROCUREMENT


TORCH of Hartwell, Inc. mission is to lead, support, and coordinate in an effort at a partnered approach to transforming the health and wellness, economic vitality, and restoration of critical assets in the downtown business district(s) of the City of Hartwell, Georgia, and unincorporated Hart County, Georgia, to improve the quality of life available for the community. 


TORCH of Hartwell, Inc. has completed phase one of the Railroad Street Park project. TORCH of Hartwell, Inc. secured a 99 lease with the transfer of assets at the end to term on the below real estate holdings. 


To ensure the next phases of the park project, TORCH of Hartwell is seeking REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS for TENANT PROCUREMENT for the following properties:

  • 400 sq feet
  • old weigh station
  • shell building

Proposal Shall Include

  1. Leasing agreement terms to include time frame and cost
  2. Detailed agency marketing efforts
  3. Competitive market analysis on all assets
  4. recommendations (if any)
  5. Agency/ Real estate professional information
